After the previous lunch at With A Pinch Of Salt, it's now Jacelyn's turn to bring us for good food! Authentic Japanese Teppanyaki!!!!!

If you go there you must try the bacon and cheese. It was so cheesy so heavenly!!!



Actually I don't remember what this jumble of mess is. Haha. Out of all the dishes we ordered, I only don't like one of them. It was one that tasted like hot coleslaw. Ew!

The fried seafood udon was awesome!! I love udon because they have that elastic springy feel.

The fried rice was superb!! It wasn't fried on the table pan like we hoped for, but it was so yummy I'm craving for it now! This is a must-order.




The staff recommended this tofu with cheese but I think so-so only. Not bad though, if you like tofu!




Garlic chicken!! One of the yummy dishes too.

This place is definitely unique and I love it!! Would totally bring bf here next time. However, the menu is quite messy so it might be difficult to decide what you want to eat. I would recommend to just go with the flow and keep an open mind to trying new stuff, or this is a list of items you may want to order, to be safe:
- Bacon and cheese
- Tofu and cheese
- Fried Rice
- Fried Udon
- Pork Belly
- Garlic Chicken

After looking at reviews around the web, it seems like their speciality is okonomiyaki (japanese style omelette/pizza).

There is also outdoor seating available. I would suggest not to bring kids because naughty ones might itchyhand go touch the hot pan while you are not looking!

BUS BUS!

One thing that I dislike to do most is waiting for bus!!!! It's like, got nothing to do at all lor! Put makeup also cannot cos when I takeout my makeup pouch the bus comes rolling along and I have to clumsily put it back into my bag and worse if I've already open it up and taken out a couple of cosmetics!


1) Empty bus stop in a secluded place

Last time I went to a far away place and I had to change bus in the middle of the highway, outside a camp or something. It was a dark evening and it was humid/cold (i forget already but just remember it's not nice weather), and I felt so alone and thrown away from the rest of the world! The bus came like 30 mins later. -________-



2) Crowded bus stop

This one even worse. No place to sit while waiting for that bus that would come only after you wait at least 30 mins. You stand there with shopping bags and a tired body after a whole day out and so many buses pass by but NONE of them is with the number you want. Also, squeezing with other people in a small bus stop is not a nice way to pass time too.



3) My house bus stop

This is the most jialat one. Not crowded like the 2nd one, and definitely not empty cos quite alot of residents take this bus. So what's the problem? FLIES. Sit down also got flies, stand up also got flies. Stubborn ones! They cling on your leg and refuse to fly away even when you shake your leg. Got one time I didn't know this yet so I keep shaking my leg hoping that they won't attack my legs (it works with usual files!), then when I look down at my leg I don't know how that fly manage to even land on my shaking leg and cling onto it!!! Freaked me out so badly. Now I always get paranoid like I thought got files on my leg but actually is my fallen hair. Fml.



Oh ya.

Same goes for waiting for cabs!!!

They are so rare whenever I need them! I always get into nervous breakdown when I need one urgently but none appears/all hired/available but drive past me cruelly.

My new hair colour - Liese!

Besides Platinum Beige (naunce and soft beige), they also have another new colour which is Sweet Apricot (light and sweet orange)!

I've always liked colours from the ash family, and this is the colour that I've been wanting for a very long time! I had fun with the hairdye process, because the massaging part is so comfy!



Apart from adding two new pretty colors, the formulation for ALL colours has improved!! It is now 4 times thicker and creamier! Massaging foam into hair is made easier and enjoyable.

Tips for some other worries you might have:

1. Colour may not come out?
From previous experience if your hair doesn’t not absorb color well ( usually people with thick, coarse, damage or jet black hair tend to have this).
TIP - If so, always choose a shade that is at least 2 shades lighter if you want the color to look obvious but not overly bright.

2. Colour might not be even?
Correct usage is always important to ensure evenly coloured hair. I think in most cases it'll be even cos even a noob like me can make my hair colour even, you can too! Massage it more!
TIPS-
a) Make sure there’s foam to cover entire hair including inner layers all the time. If not, re-massage to create foam again.
b) Leave on for max 30mins.

3. Colour comes out too different from what’s on the box?
Color intensity will vary according to our hair texture and condition.
TIP - If you have dark hair and choose a dark color, the result generally will be quite similar to the current color. You should try a color that’s at least 1-2 shades lighter!
