In 2007, my secondary school friend Derick wrote his first story called "Her Hero And His Love". I blogged about it briefly. Some readers left encouraging words and told him how much they enjoyed the story, while some left mean comments. I'm happy that he continued to pursue his interest in writing nevertheless.
For the past year he has been working hard on something very significant to him. His debut novel - a fantasy novel called A Squire's Quest. I had the honor of being one of the first few to receive the advance copy a week back but I have not had the time to read it yet.
