Someone close to me went to her gynecologist recently to get her yearly pap smear done. I'm not naming names because it might be a private matter for her.
I was glad to see that someone was aware about it and taking it so seriously.
She was one of the people I chose to protect on the BFF tree at the POCC event. BFF doesn't have to be just your best friend - I included my mum and sis as well because I wanted to protect them as much as I wanted to protect my best friend. After writing down 5 names of people I want to protect, I went back to the board 5 minutes later and branched out another name "all my girlfriends".
