Recipe to share: Stir Fry Kai Lan

I shared an easy recipe for Black Pepper Prawns previously. Today, I'm going to share an easier recipe, which is Stir Fry Kai Lan. It takes only a few minutes! Anyone can do this!

*Oh I just realize I forgot to add in that the kailan used in this recipe is Baby Kailan. For normal Kailan you need to cut the stalk (slanted and not too thick is recommended). I think for starters, use Baby Kailan as it is easier to prepare. There are many ways to fry kailan but I think this is the basic garlic-stir fry type. If cooked correctly, the veggie should be crunchy and tasty.
