When was the last time you went for a dental clean up?!
Mine was super super super long ago. haha. I think it was a few years ago in secondary school? And it wasn't even my choice! Every student has to go for dental checkup every year and it's compulsory unless your parents write a letter requesting that you be excused. I asked my parents to let me be excused but guess what they say? "Dentists outside very expensive one leh! Now give you free one you must go!"

I dreaded the dental checkups cos the dentists are so scary and fierce! Then they would poke all sorts of objects into my mouth and it was rather painful.
I remember when i was in sec 2 or 3, me and my friends were scheduled for a dentist checkup during the school holidays. We woke up in the morning feeling all jittery, brushing our teeths at least 5 times before leaving the house. We chickened out just infront of the Dental clinic and convinced ourselves that it was closed and we can go eat roti prata already. Hahaha.
Despite being afraid of dentists, I was at ToofDoctor recently! I convinced myself that darryl wouldn't get a horrible dentist to clean my teeth. haha.
And guess what? While waiting for Victor (cos i reached the destination earlier), i itchyhand go and buy chocolate to eat! -.-
Where got people eat chocolates before going for dental checkup one! Haha.
Arthur called me up while i was waiting and told me that he's somewhere nearby. OMG! Turns out that he told me at first that he is not coming with me so that he could give me a surprise! How sweet :)
The other time he surprised me at the bottom of my home too. Haha.
Anyway, it was kinda weird cos victor and arthur aren't friends, so i dont know who i should entertain.

The dentist told me that my teeth is pretty! No holes, no decay :)
But he said my gum was unhealthy. No wonder it always bleed.
I was super afraid when he said he's going to clean my gums for me. I heaved a sigh of relief when he said he would put anaesthetic on it.
Arthur sat here while i opened my mouth wide wide! -.-
I really like the environment. Cosy and relaxing, with Itune music too! There is a mac screen above the dental chair. Really impressive.
The whole process wasn't as painful as i thought, almost no feeling except some sensitive parts. Those i had in primary and secondary school are much much painful lor! This dentist was also very kind and nice, my teeth felt super safe. The nurse was also very gentle and caring, providing me with a new sheet of tissue everytime i rinse my mouth.

Alright. Here is my mouth. Such a turn off right. Hahaha. I think my boyfriend wont frenchkiss me for 2 weeks after seeing this picture.

After the cleaning:
Lovely teeth! I know you can't see my teeth in this picture, but from the cheeks you can see im smiling happily! I feel that my teeth is super clean lor! i can even feel the gaps where the dirt used to be. Im also super glad cos it wasn't much pain. Almost painless cos of the numbing effect!
The dentist then taught me how to brush my teeth!
