So happy when he told me he was bringing me to Salt Grill!
A table by the window can be requested for an additional $20. I think it's quite worth it because the view was kinda awesome! Plus if you and your date have nothing to talk about, can just look at the view. Hahaha. Too bad the view is not over the marina bay which would have been prettier, but being high up in the air above all the other buildings is good enough! We were at level 55!

On the night we went, it was quite noisy though, probably because the bigger tables behind us were occupied by businessmen.

The food..... was quite average. Not fantastic, but not horrible either. For mains, I ordered Pollock and Prawns ($57++) while bf ordered Tasting of pork: confit belly, braised cheek, bacon wrapped loin, spring cabbage, apple ($70++). My fish was kinda bland but the prawn was good. We both love the Salt and Pepper Squid ($28++)! Bf liked the ‘glass’ Sydney crab omelette, enoki mushroom & herb salad, miso mustard broth ($33++) but I didn't really like it. Besides that, we also ordered some sides like truffle and parmesan fries ($14++) and roasted garlic mushrooms ($15++), followed by dessert of Souffle ($22++) and Chocolate delice ($22++)! Photo of the dress I wore..... It's one of my favourite dresses now! Deeply in love with the flattering cut! Was supposed to wear a higher pair of heels but it broke so I wore whatever I was wearing during the day. Asked bf if he prefers this dressed up feminine me or my usual casual style and he said he likes this more.... Ok, shall dress up more often!
