Another weekend playing badminton with BF and his friends! Great fun excuse to exercise. I really need to tone those flabby arms! Any exercise for double chins though? Mine keeps coming out to say hi.
It was one of those rare days that I have makeup on before I get into his car, only because he went to fetch his friend first and he is inside haha. Otherwise I'd usually be barefaced and put makeup on the way.
For lunch we went back to Tanuki Raw!

Such a tiring session but I felt so satisfied at the exercise I did. But erm, I immediately replaced the fats that I lost with our zichar dinner. Hahaha.
